🙏More about the teacher: Jesse is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance Professionals UK. She has taught yoga professionally to women from lower income groups, migrant workers, addiction-recovering communities and teenagers at various non-profit organisations. She is trained in Andiappan Yoga, a school founded by the late Guruji Dr Asana Andiappan from India. Andiappan treats yoga not as a sport but as a lifestyle, and focuses on the balance of yin and yang, energies already inherent in all of us, that a sequence merely channels.
