Wow wow wow ๐ฑ This girl is the epitome of dedication and look at the results its got her!โฃ

Lauren came to Zoe originally with the goal of losing weight and now is looking to add some more definition and lean muscle mass to her frame before her next cut for the summer. โฃ
โฃ
She has come so far in this journey and has been completely dedicated to herself and her training. Does this mean she's trained 7 days a week and only eaten chicken, rice and broccoli? ๐๐!โฃ โ

๐ช๐ป Her dedication means she has shown up for her training come rain or shine (literally in these lockdowns) whether she feels like it or not and gives it her all. โฃ
โฃ
๐ช๐ป Her dedication means Lauren trains 3-4 times a week for about an hour and focuses mainly on strength and resistance training with a programme that was made for her. She puts 100% into her sessions and trains smarter, not just for longer. โฃ
โฃ
๐ช๐ป Her dedication means we worked to find a nutrition method that she finds easy to fit into her life and then she is consistent with it! She hits her macros 90% of the time and still has off-plan meals, alcohol every so often and enjoys all the foods she loves.โฃ

Dedication does not mean giving up everything else in your life and going to extremes to hit your goals. Dedication means being consistent, showing up for yourself and ticking the boxes every day (even when you don't feel like it!) and Lauren's results show just how far this gets you. โฃI canโt wait to see what we can achieve this year!
