Just a very quick message to say "Dont stop doing the things you love and what makes you truly happy!
When it comes to knuckling down with your fitness goal(s), nutrition etc. You sometimes cancel on the things we love doing the most!
If you love going out for a weekend dinner with friends and family, do it! Try and find a way that you can incorporate it into your new lifestyle for example:
Increasing your daily activity movements (if you are going out for an evening meal, make sure you go for gentle walk/jog during the day to increase your calorie maintenance/deficit target.
By cutting out what you love in your life can have a effect of your journey such as demotivated (stricting), rebounding back to old ways/lifestyle etc.
