Are you joining us for classes? Our foundations start back on this Thursday and all other classes start back the following week.

But do hurry if you have been thinking of booking a place there is only a few places left in each class as we cap this at 8 couples per class!

What is the foundations class...

The foundations class covers an introduction to all the ballroom & latin dances in a fun, relaxed and informative environment.

Our patient foundations teacher, Sheena has a calm and patient approach to teaching our beginner dancers to ensure they come away with strong foundations.

Our foundations class runs on a Thursday 7:30pm-8:30pm at Gt Abington Primary School. Term starts on 10th September for 7 weeks.

Did you know that you don't have to rush off and buy dance shoes for first lesson!

Whilst you get used to dancing we recommend wearing a shoe with a smooth sole rather than a rubber sole as this can sometimes stick to the floor and you want to glide. Ladies can wear a heel if you are comfortable in heels but we recommend no higher than 2.5 inches and no sling backs or wedges.

Once you have attended your first course usually 6 weeks and if you are keen to keep going then we can advise you on what dance shoes to buy!

Our priority in every class is to encourage our dancers, help you feel comfortable and confident, and most importantly... make sure you enjoy your time on the dance floor!

Whether you're completely new to Dancing, returning after years away or looking to build on what you already know, there's no expectation to be perfect.

We'll teach you, encourage you, challenge you when ready and celebrate your progress along the way.

Because at the end of the day, we're here because we love to dance - and we want you to love it too!!

I am so lucky to have such an amazing dance family! Firstly, I must thank everyone for your hugely generous gift, I was truly lost for words and Mark & I can't thank you enough, as requested we will spend the money on something for just us and we are planning a romantic weekend away just the two of us!

Secondly, to Rebecca & Sharon for their stunning and delicious cakes they made. When they offered to make our cake along with cupcakes & topper I was blown away! A truly amazing gift that helped lift a bit of the wedding stress away! Everyone commented on how beautiful and yummy it was! Thank you!

Thank you everyone for being such an important part to my life.

I can absolutely say that organising a wedding is far less stressful than our annual show 😅
