🔥 12 Week Cut COMPLETE 🔥
📅 27th April: 199.3lbs
📅 13th July: 159.3lbs
💪 Total loss: 40lbs! (2st 12lbs or 18kg)

📸 The photo on the left was the wake-up call I needed — time to kick my own arse and refocus 😤
It wasn’t easy (story for another time), but every drop of sweat, 5am workout and motivational word in my own ear was worth it 💯

Now it’s time for a well-earned week off,
Some quality time with the fam 👩🏻👧🏼👦🏼before we get back to BUILDING again 🏗️🏋️‍♂️

The Exercise to Music Instructor Certificate is a level 2 qualification packed with the latest choreography and training techniques, giving you the skills to teach fun and exciting group exercise classes to all ability levels.

You will learn how to add choreography to your routines to add creativity to your classes, so your clients are never bored of their workout.

This is the perfect course for anyone who is energetic and passionate about helping others find joy in fitness.

Study format:

✅Online Theory Study
✅2 Practical Training Days
✅1 Assessment Day

Four months to achieve the qualification- but you can complete much quicker than this as theory work is studied for independently.

You will be supported by one of our Online Tutors via email and over the phone.

£647 for students who are new to the fitness industry.
Discounted rate available for Gym Instructors & PT’s.
