Why Online Coaching Takes A Big 💩on 99% of Personal Trainers Results

You Must Be SO Active As A Personal Trainer 🙃🤣

Confession: Almost every part of my working time is spent sitting on my ass, to get everyone else off theirs!

Yes, on occasion when we're teaching a session or explaining an exercise on a one-to-one Zoom call, that's different

But if your trainer is training with you

Or if you're struggling to get an exercise and you DON'T have any coach with you to form-check

Well you're kinda screwed ain't ya!

THIS is why online (done properly) is so effective

We're there for people each & every day, checking their numbers, coaching them, voice-noting them, and keeping them accountable and supported for what they told us they want to achieve

If your "online coach" is mainly just giving you pre-recorded sessions and generic gym gear, they're an embarrassment

So as long as you have Wifi, we can be there for you, whereas a personal trainer or coach you see once a week

Won't get a result with you, and still try to justify why you need to do 60 mins with them

We had to look at her whole schedule, diary and habits and really reconstruct her weeks’ and this 3 inches off her waist in 8 weeks was the result

Struggling for motivation this time of year? Read This! 👌🏻

It might be coming out of it now, just let's be honest, you've been in " a funk" for a few months now

Not wanting to commit to that Couch25k app you downloaded, not getting to the gym that you promised you'd do with your mate...

And whilst it doesn't have to be a mud-run like we're going to be doing at Untamed

Why NOT book a "something", whether it be:

- A holiday or wknd away
- A night out with your other half
- Bottomless brunch

Anything really...

But if your dumbells are collecting dust underneath the bed, or you're using the treadmill as an expensive clothes horse (don't get me started on Peloton) then you need a kick up the backside

You already know that don't ya

That's the reason you finished off the bottle of wine even though it was a Wednesday

It's why the kids' leftovers never make it into the bin (As my mum used to say there's kids in Africa starving!)

When you don't have a definite direction or thing to work on

Same as at work, when you're kinda "in limbo"... you drift
