I am an internationally recognised Level 2/3 National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. I also coach and advise people on

healthy lifestyle changes and what it takes to succeed at your wellbeing and fitness goals. I have 20+ years senior management experience within a corporate engineering manufacturing industry, where I have trained, mentored, coached and managed teams and individuals to excel and exceed at their goals with the right winning mindset and belief in oneself. At Younger Fitness - The Real You, I offer a holistic approach to realising and maintaining your well-being goals. My programmes enable achieving a better quality of life using objective-based progressive, fitness training and lifestyle coaching.

​Most of my clients are adults 40 - 50ish years old who are go-getters and don't give up. They want change in their lives and are willing to put in the time, effort and commitment to realise their goals. Did you know that ~ 75% of the population are chronically dehydrated…Crazy right? 🫣😳🤔
It is recommended that 2+ litres per day is required to maintain bodily stasis.

I like to start my mornings with this electrolyte elixir of goodness. It’s great for your skin also with loads of other benefits! 🏆

1) 1x pint of room temperature (body absorbs more quickly) filtered water, removing dozens of chemicals like chlorine and heavy metals like Lead, Mercury, Copper and many others.

2) 1/2 lemon juice flushes and cleans the liver and kidneys, like a natural bleach for your organs. 🧹 🧹

3) 1/4 teaspoon of good quality natural salt like Himalayan, Cornish or other natural variety (NOT SAXO TABLE SALT AS IS HYPER PROCESSED and Minerals removed) replenishes bodies mineral deficiencies, helps reduce inflammation in the body, etc, etc, and etc…
