🏆 PUMAS ARE CHAMPIONS 🏆

After a really strong league season, the Cambourne Pumas wanted to cap it off with a win in the Knockout League Cup Final against Cherry Hinton.

The lads started brilliantly, scoring three goals in the opening 10 minutes. Cherry Hinton never gave up and pushed back well, but the Pumas were on another level. Solid at the back and quick through midfield, the boys were flying and creating chance after chance.

The game finished with the Pumas crowned champions 🏆👑

A fantastic display from every single Puma. An awesome group of lads who never give up and always give their all.

Well done boys, you deserve it 👏🏼👑

💙⚽ Cambourne Adult Allstars ⚽💙

Cambourne Adult Allstars attended a festival today, knowing it would be a tough challenge with several strong teams involved and only eight players available for half the day, eventually dropping to no substitutes at all.

With William stepping into goal despite normally playing in defence, and one player strapped up carrying an injury, it certainly was not looking easy.

The Allstars started the day strongly, winning their first two games, drawing the third, and narrowly losing the fourth against a very strong Histon side. They then battled on brilliantly with another draw and two more wins.

The team were outstanding throughout the day and fully deserved the second place they achieved 🏆👏

So proud of the whole squad for giving absolutely everything. Bring on next season 💙

🏆⚽ U13 Sunday Team ⚽🏆

We took some of the U13 Sunday team to the St Neots Town Tournament today… and the boys came home with the trophy 🏆👏

They fully deserved it too, finishing the tournament with just one goal conceded by Ethan across nine games against strong EJA and JPL opposition.

There were also plenty of goals scored, with Brendan, Freddie D, Jenson, Finn, and Freddie N all scoring two or more goals each, including a superb 4 0 win in the final 🙌

Well done boys. A really strong performance 👏🏆

🦁💙 U7 Lions 💙🦁

How unbelievably proud we are of our U7 Lions today ☺️

We travelled with just six players to compete in a very strong 6 a side tournament against some excellent teams, including private academies, at the 2026 Boro Cup.

The little Lions showed incredible discipline, togetherness, resilience, character, and heart throughout the entire day. To come away as 2026 Boro Silver Cup Champions 🏆 is a truly special achievement and one every single player should be immensely proud of.

As coaches, moments like this mean so much because it is about far more than football. It is about watching young players grow together, support each other, and represent the club with pride, passion, and togetherness. Today these boys truly showed the heart of lions 🦁❤️

A brilliant day for the club and a memory these boys will never forget.

Cambourne U13 Blue are officially league champions after an incredible season built on hard work, resilience and togetherness.

From big wins against title rivals to battling through tough moments and stepping up as a squad despite injuries, this group has shown maturity, belief and true team spirit from the first match to the last — proving themselves the most consistent team in the league. Coaches and parents couldn’t be prouder of the commitment, attitude and growth shown throughout the season.

A season to remember, a team to be proud of — champions at last!

Huge win for Cambourne U13 Blue!

A vital victory over Trumpington Knights in their game in hand sends Cambourne clear at the top of the table ahead of the final match of the season.

An open, attacking game saw Vishnu set up Manuel for the opener before curling in a brilliant second, assisted by Manuel. Trumpington pulled one back before the break to make it 2–1.

The second half stayed end-to-end as Vishnu scored again, assisted by Josh S, to make it 3–1. Trumpington reduced the deficit late on, but the team defended superbly to secure a massive 3–2 win.

It was a highly entertaining match, and the team can be proud of a performance full of hard work and determination.

Man of the Match went to Vishnu who impacted the game both in midfield and in attack at key moments and delivered a decisive performance contributing to all three goals, scoring two and assisting the other one.

Well done Blues! 🦁⚪️🔵

💙 U13 GIRLS BLUES 💙

Despite a narrow defeat today, the Blues can be incredibly proud of their performance. The girls showed fantastic teamwork, determination, and resilience throughout, battling right until the final whistle.

A standout moment saw Poppy score a beautiful goal from a perfect assist by Ella 👏⚽

There were strong performances all over the pitch, with composed football, determined defending, and some brilliant moments of quality on display.

🌟 Player of the Match was awarded to Iris for an excellent and determined performance.

Well done girls 👏💙

Our ladies team played their penultimate game of the season today away at Willingham.

After going 1 0 down, goalkeeper Lauren produced a brilliant double save to keep the team in the game. Cambourne responded superbly, going on to secure a fantastic 6 1 victory and confirm 3rd place in the league 👏

It has been a highly successful season, building a great foundation for the future of women’s football at the club. 💙

💙 Camborne Town U12 Girls Blue 💙

U12 Girls League Cup Final against Nene valley was everything a final should be, competitive, intense and packed with quality from two outstanding sides.

The game started evenly, with both teams showing huge respect for one another while playing some brilliant football. Nene Valley struck first with a well-taken effort to lead 1-0 at half-time before adding a second shortly after the break from a set piece.
At 2-0 down, many teams would have folded.
These girls did the exact opposite.
Cambourne switched gears, pressed higher, fought for every ball and refused to accept defeat. The pressure paid off when Esme stepped up and buried a free-kick into the bottom corner to spark belief.

Then came the moment that summed this team up perfectly. With just minutes remaining, Cambourne won a corner. Molly delivered a dangerous ball into the box and Juliet reacted quickest, heading home the equaliser to make it 2-2.

From staring defeat in the face to dragging themselves level through sheer determination, courage and teamwork , this group never stopped believing.
Penalties would decide the final, with Nene Valley eventually taking the trophy 3-1 in the shootout.
Congratulations to them on a fantastic game and a worthy contest between two top sides.
But regardless of the result, these girls should walk away incredibly proud. The heart, character and resilience they showed cannot be taught.
Finals don’t define teams.
Character does.
And this team showed theirs in abundance. 💙💛
