I’m certified to quickly identify any physical limitations that may be causing a player's swing inefficiencies and master simple solutions to get them back on track. Golf students swing technique & ball flight are observed with video capture analysis. The students are then subjected to a physical screening using TPI's basic 16 physical screens, The correlation of swing characteristics and physical movement are accessed and a programme of multiple exercise protocols utilizing over 65 exercises are offered to the student to compliment their existing practice routine. Working with Tim Ridge Sports Therapist MSST BSc (Hons) we have the skills in place to help improve your golf & lifestyle and to maximise and enjoy your leisure time on the golf course. Looking for a healthy, active outdoor pastime for your children or grandchildren this autumn?
The Tehidy Junior Golf Academy returns this September, offering expert coaching from our SafeGolf-accredited PGA Professionals for youngsters of all abilities.
Whether they are picking up a club for the very first time or working towards competitive play, our coaching programme offers the ideal pathway:
Cubs (Ages 6–11): Focuses on basic technique, coordination, and fitness through fun games. No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided free of charge.
Tigers (Ages 12–17): Hones advanced swing technique, short-game control, course management, and golf etiquette, preparing juniors for an official handicap and full club membership.
Beyond developing their swing, junior golf instils confidence, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships within a friendly, supportive club atmosphere.
Places are strictly limited.

‘Ice Breaker’ lessons give children the opportunity to meet the Pro, see the facility, ease the nerves, and learn some basic swing fundamentals, ready for the Group Coaching Sessions

Effective Practice: Par 18
This is a great game to finish off a short game practice session.
9 shots from different areas of the chipping green. Par is 2 on each hole. Hole out and keep your score. Helps build pressure, by playing only once. Re- visit after every practice session, try to beat your best score.
Experiment with different clubs to sharpen your game.
