instructor Lisa has been an industry leading Pilates & Barre instructor for well over 8 years having taught and gained all her knowledge and experience teaching at some of the most prestigious studios across London. Lisa also specialises in rehabilitation currently continuing her studies with Polestar Pilates one of the leading Pilates rehabilitation courses in order to gain her full equipment certification enabling her to teach on all apparatus including the Pilates Trapeze Table and Pilates Chair to name a few. Having 2 children of her own, 2 very different pregnancies, births and recoveries Lisa knows first hand what your body goes through when growing and birthing small humans. Specialising in Pre and Post Natal exercise and holding a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist qualification you are sure to be taken care of. Lisa is keen to support and help mothers of any age no matter how old their children may be to strengthen and work to heal their bodies after growing and birthing little people. A battle with Post Natal depression means she also understands the mental health benefits exercise can bring and that a little bit of adult conversation can make the world of difference to those difficult and sometimes lonely days as a mother.
