No sweaty selfie tonight, as class didn't go ahead after all. One brave soul came along, earned the brownie points for doing so, and then kindly gave me the night off 😆

On what is quite possibly the hottest Bank Holiday Monday I can remember, class is going ahead tonight! It is forecast to still be 28-30°C by the time we start 🥵 Survival tips:

- Lots of water: throughout the day and at class
- Make sure you eat! You need to replace sugar and salt in your body, as well as water.
- Wet flannel in the freezer, for face-wiping
- You may prefer loose clothing, to create air flow around your body.

I will tone the playlist right down, so we'll stick to low-medium cardio and toning tracks.
