100 Holes in a Day Challenge – Supporting the British Heart Foundation British Heart Foundation

On 27th June, Bowood Golf member, Tracey Scully will take on an extraordinary endurance challenge: walking and playing 100 holes of golf in a single day on Bowood's PGA Golf Course.

Starting at 4:30am and finishing around 9:30pm, Tracey is expected to cover approximately 25 miles, take around 53,000 steps, and hit an estimated 445 shots—if playing to handicap. This ambitious effort will span over 17 hours and is being undertaken in support of the British Heart Foundation (BHF), whose vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer.

This cause is especially meaningful to Tracey and this year’s team of captains—Colin, Annette, and John—who are united in their commitment to raising essential funds for the life-saving research carried out by the BHF.

The fundraising target is £1,500, and support from friends, family, and the wider golfing community will be vital in helping reach (and hopefully surpass) that goal.
