You’re invited to join our “Not A Gym Person Club”. It’s 6 weeks at Hitsona Calne for people who want to feel fitter, happier and healthier but hate the gym.

We speak to people most weeks who say the same sort of thing.

They know they need to do something.

They’ve tried gyms before.
They’ve tried diets & eating better.
They’ve tried walking more.
They’ve tried bits at home.
They’ve had plenty of “I’ll start again on Monday” moments.

The big issue is that life gets in the way. Work gets busy, family priorities take over, energy drops, motivation goes, and nothing seems to work.

After a few weeks or months of feeling rubbish, you feel like you really need to do something, but the cycle continues.

That’s what our “Not A Gym Person Club” is for.

You’ll feel like you belong from the first session and you’ll get structure, coaching, and some accountability.

Over the 6 weeks, you get:

We have members dealing with menopause, weight gain, aches and pains, low confidence or just not feeling like themselves anymore.

Most of our members are in their 40s, 50s and 60s. It’s a normal mix of people. Different ages, different fitness levels, different reasons for being here.
