HALFWAY THROUGH 2026… HOW ARE YOU DOING? 👀
We’re already in June, which means we’re halfway through the year.
Back in January, many of us set goals to lose weight, get fitter, get stronger, improve our health, or simply make more time for ourselves.
Maybe you’re exactly where you hoped you’d be.
Maybe you’re ahead of where you thought you’d be.
Or maybe life got in the way, and you’re not quite where you wanted to be.
And that’s okay.
At The Zone Callington, we see it all the time. People start the year full of motivation, but then work gets busy, family commitments take over, routines change, and fitness slips down the priority list. (And to be honest that is exactly me and in all honesty I have not trained on the Gym floor within the last couple of weeks, and that’s okay because we’re human and I’ve recognise this and I’m gonna make a switch and make sure I bring the habits of going into the gym Gym back)
The important thing to remember is this:
👉 You haven’t failed.
👉 You’re not starting from scratch.
👉 And it’s definitely not too late.
There are still 6 months left in the year. That’s 6 months to build strength, improve your fitness, create healthier habits, and feel more confident in yourself.
Instead of focusing on what’s gone, focus on what you can do from today:
✅ Get back to one or two classes a week
✅ Go to the gym 2 times a week, even if it’s just for half an hour
✅ Increase your daily steps
✅ Prioritise your sleep and hydration
✅ Focus on consistency over perfection
✅ Ask for support when you need it
Remember, fitness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, doing what you can, and keeping going even when life gets busy.
