In 2018, my life took a turn when I was diagnosed with a meningioma. This experience led me to reflect and realign my focus, embracing my eclectic nature. Inspired by the Spanish word for butterfly, Mariposa, I founded Uplifted by Mariposa to symbolize transformation and renewal. Today, I draw on my extensive background in holistic health, reflexology, meditation, and chakra alignment to offer empathetic and empowering coaching. I specialize in holistic wellness, life coaching, mystic planning, crystal healing, and menopause coaching, creating digital products to support health and wellness in a fun and accessible way. As a trained Celebrant, I also have the privilege of guiding individuals through life's significant moments, from weddings and vow renewals to naming ceremonies and celebrations of life.
