We had a good weekend training with Niamh Harper a couple of weekends ago. Despite the thunder storm we got a full days training in with Niamh and a second day practicing what we had learnt. We then put this training into use and did two club races, both of which we won. In August we will be putting all of what we have learnt into use to really test ourselves in the 420 National Championships.
