10ks to triathlons and everything in between! An incredible amount of PBs this week; a true testament to all of the hard work everyone is putting in during their training. An extra special well done to Ben Vaughan, completing the Parkrun alphabet challenge, finishing all the way in Brisbane! 🌎 another special shout out to Alasdair Stewart, who took an INCREDIBLE 24 minutes off last year’s CDF 10k - what an achievement!!! 💪🏼

🌙 Darker Evenings = Time to Light Up! 🔦💜

With the darker evenings now upon us, a quick reminder about keeping everyone safe during our evening club sessions.

From Monday 7th September, all members attending Monday and Wednesday evening sessions will need:

🦺 A reflective hi-vis vest
🔦 A suitable head torch

Both are required to take part and will remain a requirement throughout the winter until Spring 2027.

The head torch isn’t just about being seen — some of our routes take us through poorly lit areas, so it’s important for spotting potholes, uneven ground and other potential trip hazards.
