💚 I’m finally opening my PT diary to new clients! 💚

Since opening Evolve Training Studio, I’ve mainly been working with my existing clients while settling into the new space.

I’m now opening up a limited number of introductory PT sessions for just £20 during the week commencing 13th July (normally £35).

These sessions are perfect if you:
✨ Feel intimidated by commercial gyms
✨ Want to learn how to lift weights safely
✨ Need accountability and confidence
✨ Prefer training in a private women’s studio
✨ Need to bring your baby/kids along (they’re very welcome!)

Your first session includes:
✔️ A chat about your goals
✔️ A personalised workout
✔️ Technique coaching
✔️ Advice on your next steps

If you’ve been thinking about giving personal training a go, this is the perfect opportunity.

A small thing, but it makes it feel a little more real 💚

The new sign for Evolve Training Studio has arrived!

Opening the studio has been one of the biggest (and scariest!) things I’ve done, and whilst there are still lots things I want to add and improve, I’m so proud to see it all starting to come together.

A private space where women can get stronger, build confidence and train without feeling intimidated.

Keep an eye out over the next week or so… I might have something exciting for anyone who’s been thinking about giving personal training a try 👀

Most women don’t avoid strength classes because they’re lazy.

They avoid them because they feel unsure.

Unsure if they’ll keep up.
Unsure if they’ll know what they’re doing.
Unsure if they’ll feel out of place.

And that’s completely normal.

Walking into any new environment takes confidence, especially when it involves lifting weights.

This is exactly why I created my Wednesday Sculpt class in Chepstow.

It’s structured.
It’s coached.
It’s small group.
And you work at your own pace.

Strength training should build confidence, not knock it.
