Our Martial Arts classes are age specific which means we are able to teach students in a manner that is relevant to their age. Classes work on improving students basic motor skills, such as, Co-ordination, fitness, balance, control, flexibility, focus, concentration, power & speed. We also focus on life and social skills including confidence, respect & courtesy. For our Adult students as well as t

he fundamentals of fitness & pad work we also incorporate aspects of Self Defence & Filipino Martial arts which includes weapons based training (both attack & defence), Panantukan & Panjakman drills and flow and sensitivity drills. We welcome students both New & Old and it doesn't matter what level or ability you are, whether you're a complete novice or have done martial arts before we will fit you into our sessions. Our Class times are as follows

Children from 4 to 6 years 5pm
Children from 7 to 10 years 5pm
Children 11+ years 6pm
