Visitors and members can play from the testing back tees all year round, or have a gentler round from the yellow tees. Famous for the quality and stability of the greens, it is a challenging golf course requiring accuracy as well as the ability to produce shots to meet the challenge of undulating fairways. eashore, the weather plays a large part in success or failure. Play to your handicap here and you have played very well! County and East Anglian events are regularly played at Great Yarmouth & Caister. The greens are nationally renowned. The head Greenkeeper, Simon Clark, is a twice Norfolk County Amateur Champion and knows what it takes for him and his green staff to produce quality greens. The club professional is Mark Sumner. Mark is well known in the local area and his golf shop is one of the best stocked in the County. The secretary/manager is Tim Starbuck, Tim will ensure your visit is fulfilling and of value - such an important factor in current times. Counting down the days 🏆

The Electrical Testing Caister Candelabras returns on Sunday 12th July.

Featuring the Wilf Gibbons Trophy, the event brings together 36 holes of competitive links golf, a fantastic prize table and one of the highlights of the club's golfing calendar.

Entries are already coming in and we'd love to see another strong field take on the challenge.
