Caister Football Club has grown tremendously in recent years, with more players, more teams, and more opportunities for people across our community to enjoy football. As we continue to develop both on and off the pitch, we're looking for passionate volunteers to join our team and help take the club to the next level.

We currently have vacancies for:

📱 Social Media Content Creator
Help us showcase everything that's happening around the club by creating engaging content, sharing match updates, celebrating player achievements, and growing our online presence.

🎉 Fundraising & Events Lead
Support the club by organising fundraising initiatives, community events, and sponsorship opportunities that will help us continue to invest in our players, facilities, and future.

These roles are perfect for anyone looking to give back to their local community, gain valuable experience, or simply play a part in the continued success of Caister Football Club.

No matter how much time you can offer, your support can make a real difference.

It's the weekend, which means 1 thing.....

🚨 SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Caister FC are delighted to announce the signing of veteran frontman SCOTT WOODCOCK. ⚽

Woody arrives from Stalham bringing experience, leadership, aura and zero fitness.

He absolutely reeks of goals, loves a post-match beer and is the type of bloke every changing room needs around. Whether he's scoring screamers or reminding everyone how football was "different in my day" 🥴, he's guaranteed to keep spirits high.

Despite regular warnings from the Mrs to actually go home after games, Woody can usually be found enjoying a "quick pint" that somehow turns into a 3-day bender 🍻 and an extended stay at hotel sofa.

The opposition have been warned. The CCC staff have been warned. The Mrs has definitely been warned.

Welcome to Caister, Woody. 🍻⚽

🏆 Respect. Commitment. Class. 🏆

Everyone at Caister Football Club is incredibly proud of our U10s for winning the Respect Award for the SECOND season running! 👏⚽

To win this award once is an amazing achievement… but to win it back-to-back is genuinely world class.

This award isn’t based on results or trophies - it’s earned through behaviour, sportsmanship and attitude throughout the entire season. After every single match, opposition teams award marks based on the respect shown by our players, coaches and spectators.

That means this achievement reflects every child on the pitch, both coaches on the sidelines, and every parent and supporter cheering them on. ❤️

The way this team conducts itself week in, week out is a credit to the club and the local community. Winning matches is great, but earning the respect of every opposition team all season long says everything about the values this group represents.

Massive congratulations to all involved - you should all be extremely proud! 👏🏅⚽

A player who brings absolutely everything you don’t ask for in a defender:

⚽ Can’t judge a ball in the air to save his life
🕒 Consistently late, if kickoff’s at 2, expect him around half 3
🗣️ Described as “a really good laugh” by absolutely nobody
💸 Still investigating rumours he’s ever paid subs
🌳 Sporting an afro with its own postcode
👋 Loves a wave

But in fairness… if football was judged on being silent, arriving late and causing absolutely no scenes in the changing room, he’d be Ballon d’Or material.
