A small boutique family run gym with top of the range Egym strength training machines that give you a structure full body workout! The egym programmes link to a phone app that gives you loads of motivation & personal progress data. There are also treadmills, stepper, cross trainer, rower & bikes. The class studio timetable consists of Clubbercise, Broadway Boogie, Legs, bums n tums, HIIT sessions, Yoga, Pilates, & lots of other specialised classes.

🔥 Sciatica Pain? Here’s Why Rest Isn’t Always the Answer.

If you’ve ever felt that sharp, burning pain shooting from your lower back, through your glutes, and down your leg, you know how miserable sciatica can be. Sitting hurts. Standing hurts. Even sleeping can be a challenge.

🦴BONE DENSITY 🦴

Bone density is a measure of the amount of minerals (mostly calcium and phosphorous) contained in a certain volume of bone. Bone density measurements are used to diagnose osteoporosis (a condition marked by decreased bone mass), to see how well osteoporosis treatments are working, and to predict how likely the bones are to break.

If a person has low bone mass and continues to lose bone density, this may lead to osteoporosis. Osteoporosis and broken bones do not need to be a normal part of aging.

Weight-bearing and resistance exercises are the best for your bones. Weight-bearing exercises force you to work against gravity. They include walking, hiking, jogging, climbing stairs, playing tennis, and dancing. Resistance exercises – such as lifting weights – can also strengthen bones.
