🌿 CHOGA – Chair-Based Yoga with Gentle Strength Training 🌿

Feeling a little stiffer than you used to? Finding everyday tasks more difficult? You’re not alone.

If you’ve stopped exercising, have aches and pains, or simply don’t know where to start, CHOGA could be the perfect class for you.

Designed especially for older adults, this friendly, supportive class combines gentle chair-based yoga with light strength exercises to help you:

✨ Improve balance and coordination
💪 Build strength for everyday activities
🦴 Support healthy bones and joints
🤸 Increase flexibility and mobility
❤️ Boost confidence and independence
😊 Improve mood and reduce feelings of loneliness

Everything is completed using a chair, so there’s no need to get up and down from the floor. Go at your own pace in a relaxed, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged and supported.

It’s never too late to start moving. Even small amounts of regular movement can make a big difference to how you feel and help you stay active, independent, and doing the things you love.

💥 COMING SOON! KIDS & YOUTH FITNESS TERM TIME! 💥

After an amazing summer of kids fitness sessions, I’ve had several parents asking if the sessions will continue during term time…

so I’ve listened! 🙌

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be starting a weekly Friday evening fitness session for 10–15 year olds at Quickstep Fitness Caerphilly! 🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️

📅 Every Friday
⏰ 4:30pm – 5:30pm
👦👧 Ages 10–15
📍 Quickstep Fitness, Caerphilly

These sessions will be all about:

💪 Building strength & fitness
🔥 Improving fitness levels
🧠 Building confidence
🤝 Making new friends
😃 Most importantly… having FUN!

This is a great way for young people to stay active, learn new skills and build confidence in a friendly, positive environment.
