Quest Fitness is more than just a gym...

It’s an exciting, dynamic club with several purpose built fitness zones, equipped with state of the art cardio, resistance and free weights machines. In the main gym, we have installed a 150 inch cinematic screen with a fantastic surround sound system to boost motivation and enhance your training experience. The dedicated free weights area, the Pump House,

is one of the largest plate loaded free weights zones in South Wales. Regular fitness classes are held in the Function Room, a multi-purpose area which doubles as a dance studio. And after your workout, you can wind down in our sauna and steam room, or enjoy a coffee or protein shake. Quest Active sports store boasts a wide selection of trainers and sportswear by major brands, as well as Quest’s own range of fitness products. We are open to the public 7 days a week.
