Basics of dribbling a basketball ⛹️⛹️

🔸Keep the ball low (staraj się odbijać piłkę nisko)
🔸The ball should bounce somewhere between your knee and hip (piłka powinna się odbijać na wysokości-pomiędzy kolanem i biodrem)
🔸Keep your knees bent (kolana ugięte)
🔸Your back should be straight (staraj się mieć wyprostowane plecy)
🔸Be aware of where the ball bounces. If you are in the open court, the ball should be in front of 🏀 (odbijają piłkę przed sobą)
🔸Keep the head up, eyes up
(trzymaj głowę w górze)

w koszykówce jest legalnym ruchem zawodnika trzymającego żywą piłkę.

Pivoting in basketball is an action the ball-handler can take by rotating around a pivot foot. Pivoting helps a player avoid a defensive player and find an opening on the court to take a shot.

Często podczas gry, zawodnik ma mało miejsca na wykonanie rzutu. Przyczyną jest dobra gra w obronie drużyny przeciwnej. Jednym z legalnych ruchów który pomaga uwolnić się od obrońcy jest piwot, po opanowaniu tego kroku, można kreatywnie wykonać rzut.
