Four week online training program for £60
This is a one off payment fitness package.
This will include an initial online consultation, four week training plan, diet advice (calorie goals) with macro nutrients, consultation once a week to record your progress and adjust whenever needed (but you can message whenever you feel you need advice)
I also offer an eight week training program for £110.

Hi I’m Matthew. I’m 28, a father of two wonderful little girls and I have a wonderful wife. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2022 and I am finally starting my own business. Fitness and training has been a passion of mine for a long time and it’s time to start turning it into my career. I’m doing this not only for myself and my family but I want to help other people realise their fitness goals in an easy and relatable way. I know it can be an anxious situation starting up a fitness journey but that is something I can hopefully help with. I look forward to what the future brings in this journey together.
