Nicola Turecek Taekwondo Our Taekwondo School is led by Nicola Turececk, a 6th Degree Black belt and 9x World Champion, with numerous European, British, English and Welsh titles.

Nicola teaches alongside her father, Mike 6th Degree. Both began TKD 1986

From Children to Adults there are classes to suit everyone across the majority of the South Wales area. Come along to one of our classes and try the first week for FREE!..

1. Co-ordination and balance control
2. Flexibility and muscle toning
3. Weight loss and aerobic fitness
4. Basic Tae Kwon Do technique
5. Confidence and self-discipline
