Huge well done to these guys on their promotions. We’ve made them work HARD for these - commitment, dedication and perseverance over a long period of time.

We’re not here to make it easy - we’re here to test, to push and to call us all to be better versions of ourselves each time we step on the mat .

Again, gratitude to all the instructors and the whole team here - you all make this place what it is.

Great night to see out a busy stretch for the club! January and March Beginners, our guys just back from Comp and the MMA lads at SFC. We’ve also been going 3 years as a gym and that has flown by so quick! It’s times like last night that really remind me what this is all about ❤️❤️

We celebrated with promotions for Joe to blue belt and Jacob to grey & white. Some well earned tags for Wayne, Dai and Tim too!

Last night marked the end of another beginners course, absolutely unbelievable how fast this year has gone already! We’ve been blessed with 2 great courses with the January and March guys all brining a lush energy, made some good friends and am genuinely grateful to welcome all these guys into the community. Loads going on over the summer so next course will be September. ❤️

4 of our fighters stepped up at SFC Fight Night on the weekend đź‘Š

Proud of Eli, Osian, Dan and Malakai for getting in there and doing it. Not everyone understands what it takes to walk out and put it on the line like that.

Strong performances across the board, with Malakai bringing home the SFC Featherweight title and a win for Osian. Plenty to take away from last night to build on. Thanks to our sponsors, to all coaches and supporters for raising the roof for these guys.

We step up now, there is no disguise.
Steel in heart, fire in his eye,
Fighting for the title is our Malakai.
His striking is sharp, he’s worked it so hard.
Imagine Elliott’s surprise when he goes to pull guard.

Next up bringing the smoke,
Cold as steel and skills no joke,
Crowd ignites when he’s in sight,
Our boy ginger spice - always ready to fight.
Pressure he builds, there’s no room to hide,
He storms forward relentless, carnage in his stride.
Every strike he lands clean and right,
Leaves you totally lost, inside of the fight.

Now step in where danger stands,
Power coiled steady in his hands,
A boy he came to us, no he stands a man,
Very few can compare their skills, to our dangerous Dan..
Heavy shots and ruthless pace,
You’ll feel the storm, you’ll soon lose your place,
He breaks the will you tried to defend.
There’s something lethal in the air,
hands tremendously heavy, you must beware.
When he swings, it’s lights gone dark,
He throws with intent, aiming to leave his mark.
Please slow the pace you’ll soon want to beg,

There’s only one Eli and he’s truly set to fly,
