1 - Max log - who can press the most weight wins
Current Welsh record 185kg held by Dale Norris - can this be broken next weekend??

2 - Deadlift for reps
Trump bar style. Most reps win. What bar will you chose 320kgs or 360kgs. 1 rep of 360kgs trumps any reps at 320kgs

3 - Sandbag medley
3 bags over a 20M course - press 100kgs sandbag, shoulder 140kg sandbag & load 160kg sandbag

4 - Hercules hold - a new piece of kit and an exciting new event to be able to bring to Wales Strongest Man. Who can hold on the longest?

5 - Stones 100 - 180kg - is any strongman competition complete without the iconic stone run?

Caerphilly’s strongest man 2025 is tomorrow and its looking to be a scorcher.

Athletes can arrive after 8am. Athlete briefing will take place around 9am please make sure you are here and signed in, in enough time for this to allow time to warm up.

Look forward to seeing everyone 💪🏼
10am start £2 on the gate

We have joining us.

This is an outdoor event with no shade so please prep for the hot weather - more than welcome to bring gazebos & chairs - there will be plenty of space to set these up.

Please be sensible and ensure you have suncream, hats & drinks, it’s your responsibility to look after yourselves while enjoying the show.

Athletes - there will be water for you but please make sure you also bring plenty of hydration, sun cream hats etc. Also welcome to bring gazebos
