So I recently had this pic pop up on my Snapchat memories and it made me realise how much Training and going to the gym as changed my life.
The pic was from a house party in 2017 and I wasn’t even able to buy alcohol for myself at that point, I was somewhat active and I wasn’t necessarily overweight but you can see I was enjoying my food and beers a little too much. (My mum or dad didn’t get me the beers to clarify)
I started going to the gym a few months after this, and I started getting fit and active only going twice a week to start, and it set a domino effect that I am so grateful for.
I’ve discovered Olympic Weightlifting, a sport I’ve grown to love because and I’ve met people that I never would have talked to.
I loved the gym so much and I wanted other people to discover the benefits and how powerful bettering and challenging yourself can be, so I made it a career (I hope).
Fast forward to now and I’m physically and mentally the best I have been, and I am only 22 but I want to do this 3 or 4 times over until I’m 66 or even 88.
I want everyone to be able to experience this kind of positive change, so if you want to make change like this that will last a lifetime chuck a message across and let’s chat.
