6 weeks of solid, consistent training ✅ Total loss 7ibs😍
The Hyrox Malaga training block was both physically and mentally tough. After being advised to take a 2-week break, I had to adjust from eating 2,000 calories to fuel my training, to doing no training at all—meaning I had to significantly reduce my calorie intake to maintain my weight🙌🏽
I’m proud of myself for getting through this block, despite the challenges thrown at me💪🏽
