***New Year New Challenge***
Are you contemplating how to become a little healthier in the new year or how to shift the extra Christmas weight?
Why not join me in an easy peasy challenge? All you need is your phone, weighing scales and food😊
No, no exercise!!!😳

I'm going to track my calories using My FitnessPal throughout January to see if I can hit my daily allowance but more importantly hit my correct macro split.
If you want to join me, DM me and I'll work out your individual calorie intake and macro split depending on if your goal is Weight Loss, Fat Loss or Hypertrophy.
Best thing is no food is bad food, nothing is off limit as long as you stay within your allowance

My AMAZING PT client Amanda. I have so much love and admiration for this girl. She is such a pleasure to work with. The energy she brings, the things she has achieved, her Can Do attitude, her bubbly personality. The list goes on and go. I am so in awe of this girl who could just about do a 5K when I met her. Now shes smashing 10K's, Half Marathons and currently in training for London Marathon 😲

Whilst working with me Amanda has discovered her love for weight lifting and we both agree that girls should not apologise for their size, but use their body to build strenght and muscle. We don't strive for skinny we strive for STRONG & AWESOME!

Fantastic outdoor session today with Pippa. On the menu was Full Body. We tried out some new moves and had some great laughs.

Xena Warrior Fitness is back after laying low the last 6 months.
Meet the girls:

AMANDA who has been working with me for over a year, lost a fair amount of weight,dropped 2 dress sizes,and more importantly has become an incredibly runner. Amanda could just about run 5K when I met her; now she's in for London Marathon in September πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ™Œ

PAULA is my first client I train at Caerphilly Rec. Paula is my oldest but super tough and super funny and committed client. Paula has got good cardiovascular fitness levels but wants to build strength and be "thrown out of my comfort zone".

PIPPA did two rounds with me in 2021 and has come back for round 3. Pippa has also picked up loads of classes in Rec and does Circuits & Bootcamp & Spin on a regular basis.
Pippa also wants to work on her strength in particular upper body.
All fabulous girls❀️❀️❀️

Amanda still going strong with her PT sessions. We've swapped field in winter for Amanda's back garden. Today was LEG day which compliments Amanda's half marathon training.
Bulgarian Split Squats & Split Stance Stiff Leg Deadlifts. Both were very tough but as always Amanda pushed through.πŸ‘πŸ‘β€

I help you and guide you to use My FitnessPal as a tool to help you help yourself controlling your daily calorie intake.
Nothing is off limits as long as you stay within your daily calorie allowance.

Good Luck to my lovely client Amanda today who's running the Cardiff Bay 10K.
I have worked with Amanda since February and she's made amazing progress. Going from running max 5K she's now ready to smash this challenge. I believe in Amanda 100% but more importantly Amanda now believes in Amanda xx πŸ€β€

We've had some great sessions to far. This is a great opportunity for those who may not have the confidence yet to venture back into an indoor environment, maybe you are coming back after having a baby and want to work out with other women in same position and fitness level as you.

Tonight was an anniversary for Sarah. We celebrated her 60th PT session with Xena Warrior Fitness. Sarah started training with me twice weekly in September 2020. She has gone from being a lean cardio loving triathlete to a strenght and upper body Warrior. I can literally throw any strenght move at Sarah now and she executes it beautifully. Her shape has changed,balance improved and she is lifting heavier. Here's a Big Well done to my incredible faithful client πŸ™Œ
