Hi everyone ,
Hope you are all well ! Just to let you know that the Beacon Pilates information will be updated in the next few days with the Autumn timetable,so please go and check it out.
I have made the decision to keep classes on Zoom for the foreseeable future ,new 1:1 clients can be seen face to face (Covid 19 safety regulations will apply).
Please do not hesitate to give me a call if you have any questions.

Hi everyone , hope you are all well ! Firstly may I take this opportunity to thank all of you that are participating in the online classes and online 1:1 sessions , you are all amazing. For those of you who have not been able to attend the daytime session I have good news for you. From next Wednesday (15thJuly) there will be a 5.45pm evening class ,to register your interest please contact me for further information.

Hope you are all ok ?Online classes are are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 11.30am,if you wish to join download hangouts.google.com.,then text me your email address and you will receive an invite to the classes .We have had 3 classes so far .

Hope you are all ok and looking after each other .
Classes start again next Monday morning ,if you would like to participate in the on line classes all you need to do is download the Google app. hangouts.
The timetable will be slightly different to what we are used to but I shall update you about that
Payment details will be into my bank .
I do hope you participate in the sessions ,not just for the exercise but also for our usual banter which at the moment is really important for our sanity.
I am relaxing and recharging tomorrow ,but look forward to seeing you Monday 11.30am for an hour of Pilates rather than our normal one and a half.
Updates on the rest of the timetable soon.

Difficult time for us all, but as long as we all keep healthy and keep our love and friendship for each other ,we just need to think positively about working and living
in a slightly different way for a while

Will keep you updated on our trip.
An amazing £650 has been collected from your generous donations over the last couple of weeks.
This amount of generosity will have a huge impact on our adopted school in Nepal.
