Mondays 6-7pm & 7:30-8:30pm
Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
Suitable for all levels.

Punch cards available: £85 for 10 classes Nala or Nahla is a name used in many cultures. The most poetic meaning is "first drink of water" or "water in the desert" but it can also translate as "gift". And this is exactly what I endeavour to offer you, week after week: a refreshing pause, a moment of calm in the storm of life, a welcome change for the body and mind.
