📢 6 simple everyday tips to speed up the metabolism, burn fat and strengthen the immune system:

1. Wake up, a glass of water with lemon juice
2. At least 10 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by dynamic stretching routine before work
3. Snack on a high fibre, dense nutrient food (nuts, seeds, fruit, dried fruit)
4. Stay well hydrated
5. Caffeine intake in moderation ( 1-2 cups of black coffee and green or black tea)
6. Stay active, low to moderate-intensity exercise like eg. walking, jogging, cycling or swimming.

Extra tip to maximize your results and strengthen your body and mind simultaneously at least 2-3 times per week strength training consisted of bodyweight, free weight functional compound movements 🏋️💪
