Take a couple of hours just for yourself, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy a feel good morning designed entirely for you.

Please note: This event is on Sunday 1st March, not on Mother’s Day itself.

What’s included:
✨ Group Mat Pilates & Stretch Class with Lucy (beginners welcome)

All mats and tools are provided, just bring yourself and comfy clothing.

This is a child-free event, created for mums to take a well deserved break. Babies and children cannot attend.

NEW - Thursday morning Pilates session has been added. The 09.30 class is a sell out, so here we are with a new class. If you’d like to join me for Mat at Mine, it’s a lovely small group session of four people

- 10.30 - 11.20
- Mixed ability, Pilates with a sprinkle of Barre
- Using bands/weights/sliders/circles
- £16 per class. Bookings are made for the whole month. November classes are 6th/13th/20th/27th
- Water, mats, small towels provided
