Did you know we’ve been going over 7 years 🥰🥰

We’ve been running 30-35 minute sessions for women only that focus on strength, cardiovascular fitness and core rehab exercises and hopefully have helped women feel pretty amazing along the way.

Our sessions run Monday to Friday with the option of training Saturday and Sunday too.

A safe, private, fun environment where women can train hard 💪🏻🙏🏻

December in Lite🔥💪🏻

Here’s our final monthly 5 day plan for 2021.

We know it’s a busy time of year. Work, parties, shopping, crap weather!

This can all play a big part in how often you manage to train in December.

But please don’t get too stressed out or concerned if you can’t make the gym as much as you’d like to or normally do.

Do what you can. It’s only a few weeks out of the year so it’s ok to only train once or twice a week. Or even miss a full week or so through December. We’ll still be here when you come back!

Anyways.. here’s Decembers plan!

Tuesday - CrossFit Style AMRAPs💪🏻

Wednesday - Strength Sesh💃🏻

At CrossFit Lite we try our very best to make your exercise routine good fun.

We change our programme monthly and every session is different.

It’s ladies only and is for all levels of fitness. You don’t need to have used a gym before.

We focus on improving your fitness across all domains and try our best to help you make exercising an enjoyable habit.

Exercise is an absolute must for your mental health, physical strength and body confidence.

But if you don’t enjoy exercising then it’s very difficult to find any form of consistency.

At Lite you’re training with ladies who are like minded, lovely women and there’s no need to feel intimidated like you may do if entering a normal gym for the 1st time.

Our coaches have decades of training experience between them and can accommodate any injuries, health and mobility issues to give you a great yet safe workout.

CHIPPER WEDNESDAY🔥

Chippers are long muscular endurance and all over body based sessions with high rep, low weights and scaling options for all levels of fitness and ability.

If you’ve got a cardio machine and a weight at home you can give this one a try.

Alternatively… You can register through the link in our bio and trial a few sessions with a free week.

If you like it then you’ve got a good 6 or 7 weeks until the xmas dos and parties start. That’s plenty of time to see some progress!

“ Needless Calories “

Here’s a quick tip on how we can look at reducing our daily calorie intake if fat loss has come to a stand still of present.

Reducing calories in your diet in which your body doesn’t need to survive, to help increase your fitness levels or improve your health. “ Needless Calories “

These calories can come from lack of understanding of calorie content of foods, greed and portion size. They can come from habits, your social environment or an emotional reaction.

Make a list of these so called needless calories and what causes them. Then let’s get to work on looking at what could be one of the easiest ways to start to remove a couple of them.

Your list will be different to your friends. But by making a list, physically seeing everything down on paper, can be a right eye opener.

We know it isn’t easy to make these changes and nothing happens over night, especially when our diet can be effected so easily by our psychological state.

But by addressing the issues with somebody and yourself is a pretty good starting point.

Today’s had it all going off!🔥

Ropes, sleds and slams all in the same sesh.. you absolutely love to see it!😍

It’s great to mix your training up using different objects as resistance. Yes we use dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells… but mixing your training up with medicine balls, slam balls, sleds and battle ropes sure keeps it interesting and keeps you on your toes.
