⚽ Everyone else is talking about football… we’re talking about YOU. 💪

The only goals we’re bothered about are the ones that make your life better.

This morning, Lisa wasn’t feeling it. But instead of hitting snooze and staying in bed, she came to her usual 7am session anyway.

No one feels motivated 100% of the time.

The people who get results aren’t the ones who always want to exercise—they’re the ones who stay committed even when they don’t.
