We covered so much ground today, from the traditional Wai Kru Ram Muay to technical clinch work and mastering the long guard defense and sharp countering.

Preeda started fighting at 10 years old in Koh Samui, earning 30 baht for his first bout — a fortune to him at the time.

That day he found his calling. His formal training began with eight straight months of nothing but footwork, drilled relentlessly before he ever threw a strike.

Now, with 30 years of coaching behind him — including years as a trainer at Kiatkorwit, one of Thailand’s most respected gyms — Preeda is bringing his experience to our club for one special seminar.

This is your chance to train in “the art of eight limbs”: two hands, two elbows, two knees, two shins.

A few guys from the club have been putting in work, completing another 4 hours of Sambo and wrestling today. It’s been great to cross-train and pick up some great techniques from Georgi Georgiev 🙏🏻
