WE JUST CAN’T GET ENOUGH⚽️
Everyone loves a kick about and at FFC we do our very best to provide a full hour of fun filled, footy fitness!
WHAT’S NEW YOU ASK?👀
We’ll be trialing a 15-20 minute 5 a side as part of your training hour! Yes you heard us right💥
We’ll get you warmed up. Then we’ll move in to a 10 minute fitness drill before a small sided game!💪🏻
But don’t worry. This will just be good fun, with minimal contact. Annnnd we won’t be losing the shooting at the end either!
We’ll still have time for a few top bins and peno’s at the end!!
