We’ve got something a little different coming to the studio… and we’re really excited to share it with you.
Introducing Suspension Training using our aerial hammocks — a unique way to build strength, stability, and control while being fully supported.
Using the hammocks, you’ll explore a series of movements designed to engage your core, glutes, and whole body… combining strength with balance and coordination.
It’s strong… a little shaky at times… but always supported.
We’re also really excited to welcome Helen, who’s new to town and will be leading these sessions. As well as being a suspension trainer, she is also a yoga and breathwork teacher, bringing a well-rounded, mindful approach to strength and movement.
And like all of our offerings, it’s adaptable — so whether you’re completely new or looking to build strength alongside your yoga practice, you’ll be able to move at your own pace.
A familiar space… with a slightly different challenge.
We can’t wait for you to try it.
We have 2 sessions starting weekly every Thursday evening from the 25th June -
5.45pm - 6.30pm
6.45pm -7.30pm.
Both sessions on the 25th are free to attend, so why not drop in and give it a go 😁
