Yoga Alliance Qualified and serving the Peak District area, weekly classes at The Yoga Den, retreat workshops advertised and you'll often find me swinging from an aerial hammock at the Yoga Den in Buxton 🩷 If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga asanas

requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal
physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel exertion one should also feel
relaxed. The techniques and suggestions presented in my classes are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. I assume no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these techniques.

The people bring the yoga practice to life 🩷 Thank you to all the wonderful ladies and people who came to our Bloom and Breathe Retreat at Thornbridge Estate! With the sounds of the birds above us and the feel of the ground below us we balanced, we laughed and we came to the happiness practice of yoga and meditation. We walked through the nature of the estate finding a world of colour and spring blooming 🌸.

The reason I love yoga so much is the community, the people who make sharing space feel easy and spirituality feel seen. Thank you for sharing space with me today.

Blades and Balance is going to be a fitness class like no other, where I combine gorgeous sword drills with yoga inspired movement to help us build strength, control and flexibility together.
