It all began with a love of Running and a dream to share that with other people. Running Coaching is an original concept for a runnerβs complete development. We have different bodies, different lives and
different expectations, as well as different strengths and weaknesses, so no two individuals will
progress in the same way. Thatβs why our courses do not have a time scale. You stay on each course
for however long you need, progressing whenever you are ready for the next step and a new
challenge. On top of the running sessions we encourage you to take up other activities that will help
you to become a better runner and avoid injuries. Recommended stages of Runners Development with Running Coaching:
1. 5 km Preparation (+ Body Conditioning + Homework)
These sessions are for non-runners and individuals returning after injury or long break in training. A mixture of walking and running, these sessions have a very gentle approach.
2. 5 km Social Run (+ Body Conditioning + Homework or Training Plan + Track Sessions)
Great choice once you can cover 30min run without stopping or you are a faster runner but do not have time for a longer running session.
3. 10km Preparation (+ Body Conditioning + Homework or Training Plan + Track Sessions)
Once youβve done few 5km runs without stopping and you are up for new challenge. Gentle progress based on interval training.
4. Beyond 10km (+ Body Conditioning + Training Plan + Track Sessions + Long Runs)
These sessions are for all individuals who would like to improve their 10km time, get stronger, faster, work towards half marathon or marathon. Each running session involves team building, mobility and warm up, a main session when no one stays behind and post workout stretches.
