1) Do I need to be fit already? 🤔

Nope. Bootcamp UK is designed for all fitness levels 🙌 You’ll get options for every exercise, and our instructors will help you work at a pace that feels right for you.

2) What should I bring? 🎒

Water 💧

Wear comfortable workout clothes (layers help when it's cold) 🧥

Trainers with good grip 👟

A positive attitude (seriously—this helps!) 😄

3) What happens if it rains? ☔

We’re an outdoor bootcamp, so we plan for the weather. Sessions still run in most conditions—just dress for it 🌧️🧢 If anything changes, we’ll let you know.

Almost never. New people join all the time, and the vibe is friendly and welcoming 🤝 You’ll be surprised how quickly you feel part of the group.
