Little Warriors boxing class on tonight @ Bury Football Club start from 6-7pm younger kids / 7-8pm older kids.

Doesn’t matter if the kids have never done boxing before. Come along get involved in a fitness workout & Skipping. Learning boxing techniques, practicing punching combinations on the bags and doing pad work with the coaches, whilst at the same time making new friend’s and having fun.
We cater for all abilities, boys and girls welcome.

We’re on tonight. Little Warriors boxing class 6-7pm younger kids / 7-8pm Older. At Bury Football Club. Bring your kids along to a fitness workout, we do cardio drills & skipping then train with the Coaches on the boxing bags & do pad work in the ring. We teach the fundamentals of boxing like footwork, stances, coordination, defensive techniques and basic punches ; Jab, hook, cross & uppercuts all in a positive environment.
