PARENTS! Before you start thinking about new bikes for Christmas, please avoid those with stabilisers! So many children struggle to learn balance after using them even for a short time. Use a balance bike then transition straight to pedals.

Always aiming to improve customer experience, some children get sore hands while learning to ride. Invested in some pairs of mitts to help. Sore hands come from gripping too hard while mastering nerves and balance but quickly reduces when they relax a bit.

BURY BIKE SKILLZ-by Lucy Cronin holiday time! 4 days of bikepacking around Suffolk with friends. Amazing camaraderie and great fun with my mates...next is Stockholm mum & son trip with Lee Outhwaite aka Dynamite Lee - professional wrestler for his birthday and a place we both wanted to head to...hoping to see how their cycling infrastructure works and get him on a bike😆!

From today till 10th September Bury Bike Skillz will be unable to take any bookings whilst away on biking trips to Suffolk and Stockholm. As the school term kicks in future lessons will be at weekends and after school hours.
