Naming your pattern is not the work. Shifting it is.
Most leaders get addicted to the naming. It feels like progress. You spot the pattern. You clock the leadersh*t spilling out under pressure. You go "ah, that's me." And then. Nothing changes.
Because awareness is not a shift. Awareness is a mirror.
Leadershift is the move. The intentional one. The choice you make once you've seen the pattern and felt the spill. It's the pause before the old default fires. It's picking a different response when every cell in your body wants the familiar one.
Three steps. Name the pattern. Understand the leadersh*t. Start the leadershift.
Stop. Simplify. Then keep going, season after season, without breaking.
