What an awesome session today with our Freak Dance family 💥 We got stuck into some street dance foundations, threw them into fresh choreography, and wow… these young dancers smashed it! 💃🕺

✨A beautiful lyrical routine to end last night’s class – the perfect way to wrap up after a focused session with ballet, tap, and stretch just before the lyrical choreography! ✨
We love watching our students grow not only in technique, but in confidence too. The progress they’re making each week is nothing short of inspiring. Well done!💫

Our classes are a brilliant mix of technique, creativity, and flexibility training – perfect for dancers of all levels due to multiple sessions who want to grow in ballet, tap, and lyrical styles. Plus, our stretch sessions are designed to safely improve mobility and prevent injury.

Yesterday was a WHIRLWIND! 💥
We danced, flew high on the aerial hoop, tried epic circus skills and used our Skyrunners 🤹‍♀️🎪, and ended the day with the sweetest cupcake + biscuit decorating (and eating, of course! 😋🧁)

🎬✨ BBC came to FREAK DANCE! ✨🎬
We had an incredible time filming with BBC journalist Mia for a very special reason… our very own Jak has been shortlisted as a FINALIST for the BBC Radio Manchester ‘Make a Difference Award!’ 🏆🙌

It was an amazing morning filled with dancing, laughter, and even some on-the-spot choreography for Mia herself 👏💃 (she smashed it!). Huge THANK YOU to all the students who brought their energy and talent to the session – you were absolute stars! 🌟

This is such a proud moment for our FREAK DANCE family – to be recognised by the BBC is a BIG deal, and we couldn’t be more excited for Jak as he heads into the final! 💥🎉
