Your sign to get back on court! 🎾

We always hear there are so many people around the local area who’d love to get back into tennis, but sometimes it’s that first step and confidence to walk back on court that can be the hardest bit to overcome.

At HBSC, we completely understand this so we make it our mission to welcome people of all levels and ages to come down to the club and have a go. You’ll have friendly coaches to help you find your feet, welcoming groups, beginner sessions to build your confidence, and now with our socials being back for Autumn, you can have a game, grab a drink from the bar and get to know more about the HBSC community. ❤️

And when you’re ready for the next step, there’s plenty of opportunities to keep improving like our intermediate and advanced group lessons, or maybe you want to even give the chance of getting involved with our teams a go!

Whatever you may choose, it’s all at your pace. It’s time to pick up that racket again, or maybe for the first time ever. Book now and you could be on the courts with confidence soon. 👀

6 weeks of summer holiday camps ended today and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended. We hope everybody had a great time making new friends and being active. No rest for the coaches though as we go straight back into the new coaching timetables on Monday and we can’t wait to see you all back on court 🎾

Whether you played years and years ago or you’ve never picked up a racket before, our beginner lessons are a great place to start.

With our coach Lewis, you’ll learn everything you need to know as you get started, build your confidence and, most importantly, have a bit of fun along the way.

And if you’re feeling nervous about joining on your own, don’t worry! The group is super welcoming, and we’re definitely not here to take ourselves too seriously 🤣

You can even hire a racket from us, so there’s no need to go out and buy one before you’ve even tried it!

The final week of the Bolton League 2026!🎾

On Tuesday, we had some of our final mixed team matches at home! It was lovely to see so many members come down, even those who weren’t playing, to support the teams in some pretty big matches.

And of course there was food and drinks in the clubhouse to mark the end of the season, although we know a lot of our members are already looking forward to the Tuesday socials being back! 👀
