8 weeks of consistency👌🏾
Leannes ultimate goal is pull ups, we needed to break this down into achievable milestones and assisted chin ups was the 1st part.
Upper Strength & grip has been the main focus of our sessions, and Leanne has also been incorporating upper isometric holds & pulls in her pilates practice too (you can be both a strength & pilates girlie ✌🏽)
Your dedication to this is brilliant and i absolutely love having you in my gym 🩷
Next milestone… strict chin ups :)
