Another transformation in...

After a ropey start to lockdown, we were sitting at 13 and a half stone, we got on it over lockdown and then progress flew when the gyms re opened, we now sit at 12 stone.

Due to the massive progress he’s made it’s enabled him to sign at a semi pro club for the coming season.

Training isn’t just too look good hes now feeling mentally stronger, not as tierd during the days and overall feels better.

Rachel has smashed her time with me, four weeks until her holiday, she’s dropped two dress sizes and nearly a stone in 8 weeks work, this is only the start ‼️

I split my ab workout into three sections, in English the outside the sides and then the core ✅

Foam Rolling ‼️

There’s so many benefits for foam rolling, improve your mobility and flexibility, recover quicker due to it aiding the removal of lactic acid from the muscles.

Most people give up after a week maybe 2, they set one goal to lose loads of weight or to become massive!!🤔

You need to set yourself smaller goals 2 weeks, 4 weeks and so on. Once you’ve achieved that smaller goal your more motivated to set and smash your next one.💪🏼

Goals can be with anything the gym, nutrition or just life.👍

My client has been on the grind for the past 12 weeks!! ✅

Half learning how to do exercises and the other half on a programme 📝

Her goal was to become stronger and tone up a bit more. Today she smashed her compound lifts and as you can see she has massively toned up 😁

She is about to commence on a more strict programme for the next 12 weeks ‼️
